Spray On Mud: A dirty story

It's amazing what some people are willing to pay money for!

A product called "Sprayonmud" is aimed at urban owners of 4x4 or off-road vehicles that never get out of the city. The point is to inspire envy: giving friends, colleagues and neighbours the impression that the car-owners have been off on an invigorating and dangerous country adventure.

According to the company's proprietor, Colin Dowse, the spray-on product contains mud and some secret ingredients to "improve stickability". He urges customers, however, not to use the product to obscure their vehicles' number-plates in the hope of avoiding detection by police speed cameras.

Online sales of the product (at www.sprayonmud.com) are apparently going well in London and the US.
